Who we work with

We set up accounts for businesses that run vehicles every day and can't afford them sitting in a shop.

  • Contractors and trades. Work trucks and vans that pick up rock chips on I-15, I-215 and job-site roads.
  • Delivery and rideshare fleets. High-mileage vehicles where a cracked windshield takes a driver off the road.
  • Property managers and municipal-style fleets. Pools of cars and light trucks parked at one yard.
  • Car dealers. Used-car reconditioning, chip repair before sale, and glass on trade-ins.
  • Body and collision shops. Glass installs and camera calibration as a sublet.

On-site service at your yard

We come to your yard, lot or job site on a schedule that fits your operation. Group several vehicles into one visit, or set a regular day each week or month for repairs and inspections.

What works best:

  • A list of vehicles with VINs and the damage on each
  • A dry area with room to open doors fully
  • A contact on site who can hand over keys
  • Early start times in summer, when glass and metal get hot by midday

Rain, high wind and very cold mornings can change the plan for replacements. See our mobile service rules.

Calibration for dealers and body shops

Many shops don't have the space, targets or scan tools to calibrate forward cameras. We can handle ADAS calibration as a sublet:

  1. VIN lookup of the factory calibration procedure
  2. Pre-scan for stored codes
  3. Static, dynamic or combined calibration as the automaker requires
  4. Post-scan to confirm completion
  5. Printed result for your repair file

Calibration happens at your yard or lot. Dynamic calibrations are done on nearby roads with clear lane markings, and static calibrations on a level, paved area with room for the targets. If a vehicle's static calibration can't be done safely where it's parked, we tell you before we book and explain your options.

Starting January 1, 2027, California's Motor Vehicle Glass Act requires glass shops to disclose ADAS and calibration needs before work and give written results after. Our records are built for that.

Calibration records per VIN

A camera that wasn't calibrated after a windshield replacement is a liability question if a vehicle is in a crash. We give you a printed record for each calibration, tied to the VIN, showing what procedure was used, the pre- and post-scan, and whether it passed.

Keep them with each vehicle's maintenance file. If a calibration fails, we tell you in writing, and that vehicle's driver assistance systems should not be relied on until it's resolved.

Commercial vehicle windshield rules

Commercial motor vehicles fall under federal rules as well as California law. 49 CFR 393.60 generally requires the windshield to be free of damage in the area above the top of the steering wheel, with narrow borders at the top and sides excluded. The rule allows only narrow exceptions, such as certain small cracks and chips, so a windshield that passes a passenger-car glance may not pass a roadside inspection.

California Vehicle Code 26710 also applies: it is unlawful to drive with a windshield or rear window so damaged that it impairs the driver's view. Read the cracked windshield law guide. Check the current regulation or your safety manager for how it applies to your vehicles.

Catching chips early through rock chip repair is the cheapest way to keep vehicles within these rules.

Billing and invoicing

Monthly invoicing is available for approved accounts. Every job gets an itemized invoice with the VIN, unit number if you use one, the work done and the glass part.

If a vehicle's glass is billed to your commercial auto policy, we can work with your insurer. See insurance claims.

Pricing for fleets

Our posted starting prices are $279 for a windshield without a camera, $549 with calibration, $199 for calibration only, and $98 for chip repair. Ask about account pricing for your fleet size and vehicle mix. See all prices.

Questions we hear a lot

Can you replace windshields at our company yard?

Yes. We come to your yard, lot or job site and can work on several vehicles in one visit. We need a dry area with room to open doors and a contact who can hand over keys.

Do you offer monthly invoicing for fleets?

Monthly invoicing is available for approved accounts. Each job gets an itemized invoice with the VIN, unit number and work done.

Can a body shop sublet ADAS calibration to you?

Yes. We follow the factory procedure for the VIN, scan before and after, and give you a printed result for your repair file. Static calibrations need a level, paved spot with room for targets, which most yards have.

What windshield damage is allowed on a commercial truck?

Under 49 CFR 393.60, the area above the top of the steering wheel generally must be free of damage, with only narrow exceptions for certain small cracks and chips. Check the current regulation or your safety manager for specifics.

Why keep calibration records for each fleet vehicle?

They show the forward camera was calibrated to the automaker's procedure after glass work. If a vehicle is in a crash, that record helps answer liability questions. We tie each record to the VIN.
