Where in Menifee we come to you
Menifee became a city on October 1, 2008, when the communities of Menifee, Sun City and Quail Valley incorporated together. The city counted 102,527 residents in the 2020 census, and it is spread out, so here is how we think about it.
- Sun City, in the northwestern part of the city near I-215 and McCall Boulevard. Del Webb broke ground on it in 1961 as a retirement community for residents 55 and over. Many Sun City drivers prefer a weekday morning appointment in their own driveway or carport, and that is exactly how we work.
- Menifee Lakes, built around its lakes and golf course, and Audie Murphy Ranch, a master-planned community with its own skate park. Both are easy to work in: a driveway or a guest space is all we need.
- Newer neighborhoods like Park Ridge at Menifee Town Center, and the business strip along Newport Road, where we can meet you in a store or office lot.
- Quail Valley, which joined the city in 2008, and Romoland, on State Route 74, which runs through the northern part of the city. Parts of Menifee are still rural. If your street is dirt, tell us when you book. We can work at the house if there is a firm, fairly level spot, or meet you on the nearest paved road.

Why windshields crack around Menifee
Most of the damage we see in Menifee starts on I-215 or on the city's own unpaved roads. Interstate 215 runs straight through the city, and the city center sits at the I-215 and Newport Road interchange. A new interchange is planned at Garbani Road, which will mean more construction on the freeway in the years ahead.
The dirt roads are a bigger factor than most people expect. According to local reporting in January 2026, about 76 of the city's 600 miles of roads are dirt, and the City Council decided in 2025 to handle them case by case rather than pave them all. Gravel and packed dirt throw stones at windshields, especially when a truck passes the other way.
The main east-west roads, Newport Road, Scott Road, McCall Boulevard and Ethanac Road, carry commuter and truck traffic between I-215 and the neighborhoods. Ethanac Road has been a designated truck route, and Menifee went to court in 2022 to keep it that way after Perris restricted trucks on its side of the road.
