Where in Wildomar we come to you
Wildomar became a city on July 1, 2008, the 25th city in Riverside County. Interstate 15 cuts it in half, and we work on both sides. The city counted 36,875 residents in 2020, and about one in six lived in areas the census counts as rural, so Wildomar mixes tract homes with larger lots.
- Sedco Hills, the former census-designated place that joined Wildomar when it incorporated. Its name comes from the South Elsinore Development Company.
- Windsong Valley and the neighborhoods off Clinton Keith Road and Palomar Street.
- Canyon Estates and the homes along Bundy Canyon Road.
- The Grand Avenue and Mission Trail corridors, which link Wildomar to Lake Elsinore, plus Gruwell Street and the older streets near Central Avenue and Corydon Road.
Larger lots in Wildomar often have gravel drives or horse property. That is fine. We need a firm, fairly level spot with room to open both front doors, and dry weather.
Why windshields crack around Wildomar
Wildomar drivers deal with I-15 and a lot of road widening. Every commute south to Murrieta and Temecula or north to Lake Elsinore and Corona runs on Interstate 15, with heavy truck traffic.
The city's main roads have been or are being widened, and work zones throw gravel:
- Clinton Keith Road has had an I-15 interchange improvement project, and the city's Palomar Street project also covers a stretch of Clinton Keith.
- Palomar Street was approved in 2021 to widen from two lanes to four, with new bike lanes and sidewalks.
- Bundy Canyon Road, which becomes Scott Road and runs about six miles from I-15 toward I-215 through Wildomar, Lake Elsinore and Menifee, has been the subject of a county plan to widen it from two lanes to four.
Then there are the hills. Wildomar's slopes are covered in sage scrub and chaparral, and dry fall winds carry dust and small debris down onto the roads. Summer heat in the valley finishes off chips that start on the freeway. See repair or replace to decide what your damage needs.

With insurance, glass claims usually go under comprehensive and you pay your deductible. California Insurance Code 758.5 says your insurer cannot require a specific shop. You can choose us, and we will help with the claim.
Does my car need calibration?
If there is a camera behind your rearview mirror, the automaker almost always requires calibration after a new windshield. We check your VIN first and tell you in writing. Some cars calibrate on a drive along clearly marked roads, and others need a static setup on a level driveway or parking lot with room for targets. We will tell you which applies before the appointment.
